When logging into your dashboard, you are able to make 5 attempts to enter the correct user credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you can follow the password reset process, in order to regain access to your dashboard. Please follow the following process:
Please note, after your fifth attempt, your account will be automatically locked.
If you are having issues logging-in or have forgotten your password, please click 'Forgot your password?':
Enter your email and click on the 'Send' button:
You will see the below message once the password reset email has been sent:
You will receive the below email in your inbox, please follow the instructions to reset your account password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, also check your spam/junk box if the email is filtered there:
If you are unable to log into the Dashboard after you have changed your password, it might be because you are trying to access the Dashboard Login URL in the EU region, when your account is in the US or CA region.
Please make sure that the Dashboard URL you're accessing contains "us" or "ca" in it when trying to log in to the Dashboard after changing your password based on the region where your account resides.
