How can I set up Multi-Factor Authentication for my Organisation?

• Only owners can set up 2FA for a Dashboard account. If an owner would like to enable this, it will apply to all users.
• End-users (regardless of permission level), will be prompted to connect an Authenticator App the first time they log in with MFA on. You can then use one time codes to log in.
• Admin or Owners can reset other users 2FA, in case they have lost their device.

 Account Owner Setup:

To activate multi-factor authentication for a Dashboard account, you must have the Owner permission role.

The option is available under Account -> Access:

Turning on this option will immediately apply this setting for all users in your Dashboard account.
