An Admin or Owner only, from the User Management page, has the option to "Reset MFA". This forces the users to enter their one-time password. It is currently done on an individual user basis.
Account owners and admins are only eligible to reset the MFA. If you're not an owner or admin and need to reset your MFA, please get in touch with them.
