NOTE: This feature is currently in beta, and is not available to all customers.
If you click Applicants on the main navigation, you'll see a list of all your unique applicants. Selecting an Applicant on the list takes you to the Applicant Page, containing all historical checks and information relating to that applicant.
The table can be ordered by clicking the column headings:
- Name: The applicant's full name and email address (if provided).
- Created: The date the Applicant was first created.
- Updated: This is when any check related to this applicant was most recently updated. This is typically the date when a new Check was completed, or if the Applicant has been only recently created the same date as the created date.
- Activity: This is the total number of Checks associated to the Applicant.
Why do all my applicants only have 1 check?
In order for Onfido to know that two Checks are related to the same applicant, the Onfido Applicant ID needs to be the same when each check is sent from your app to Onfido. This should be included as part of your integration, and can't be changed for historical data at the moment.
Why does an Applicant have 0 checks?
This means the Applicant has been created but no Check has yet been requested against them. This is typically noticed in the short period of time during the Applicant onboarding when the Applicant object has been created at the start of the user onboarding, but the user has not yet uploaded their image(s) which triggers the creation of a Check.
This may occur when an applicant drops out of the funnel during the data capture stage, but before a check is submitted.
