Once you've got your verifications and conditions in place, you end a flow with a Result task.
Results can be Approved, Declined, or Review. When a customer's flow ends on one of these results, they'll be displayed in the results list as shown below.
If something happens between the user starting and finishing a flow (either the user abandons somewhere, an error occurs, or they're still in progress), that status will display in place of the result.
Outcome reasons
In the properties panel on a result task, you can configure custom Outcome reasons. These are short human-readable phrases or sentences that act as a short clue as to why the high-level result might be as it is. If you choose to add any, they'll display on the result page as shown below. They are optional but can be helpful for people who maybe are reviewing checks but aren't entirely familiar with the exact flows in detail.
