Viewing Sandbox checks in Onfido dashboard

Onfido provides the Sandbox environment to create checks and test our APIs without affecting your production environment. The type of token you use will determine whether you use the sandbox or live environment.

The checks created with the sandbox token are not visible in the list view by default. To view the sandbox checks, you would need to toggle the 'View test data (Sandbox)' option available on the 'Checks' page.  

Steps to view the sandbox checks:

1. Login to your Onfido dashboard with permission to view checks. 
2. Click on the 'Checks' tab on the left panel:
   
3. Click on the 'View test data (Sandbox)' toggle:
   

The checks in the view will be filtered automatically to list only sandbox checks. To switch back to live checks, click on the 'View test data (Sandbox)' toggle again.
