As an account Owner or Admin, you can invite new users to access the Onfido dashboard. Every time you invite a new user to access the Onfido dashboard, an invitation email is sent to the user to verify their email and set up the password for the first time.
The invitation link in the email is expired automatically in 3 days:
If for some reason, the user is not able to accept the invitation within 3 days of the email being sent, the invitation email needs to be sent again. Currently, the option to resend the invitation email is not available in the dashboard and it needs to be sent by Onfido Support from the backend.
