Downloading video from Facial Similarity Report in dashboard

The Onfido dashboard stores the videos uploaded by the applicants for facial similarity reports. You may require to download these videos locally for audit or other purposes and Onfido dashboard gives you the option to download videos manually. This is an easy way of downloading video from a check page in the dashboard without using the download live video API endpoint. 

Steps to download a video:

1. Login to your Onfido dashboard with permission to read checks. 
   Read more about user roles and permissions here. 
2. Click on the 'Checks' tab on the left panel and then open the check page for which you want to download the video:
   
3. While on the 'Videos' tab, play the video and you'll see the three dots menu with an option to Download the video:
   
   
   
4. The video will be downloaded on your system in '.mp4' format which you can play with any compatible media player.
