The user management section in Onfido dashboard lists all the available dashboard users in your account. You can add new users, change status (activate/deactivate), and change roles from the user management section.
In this article, we'll list the available user roles and also provide you with step-by-step instructions on how you can change the role of an existing active user.
Available user roles:
- Owner
- Admin
- Standard
- Read only
- Developer
- Read only analytics
Steps to change user role:
- Login to your Onfido dashboard with permission to edit users.
Note: Only users with Admin and Owner roles can edit users. Read more about user roles and permissions here. - Click on the 'Account' tab on the left panel and then choose the 'Users' tab:
- Hover on the user name for which you want to change the role, and you will see the 'Edit' button:
- On clicking the 'Edit' button, select the new user role and click the 'Update' button:
